LOS ANGELES, CA–(Marketwire – March 5, 2010) – (PINKSHEETS: MIKP) — Just when you may start to wonder about the diversification model of mini-media conglomerate, Mike The Pike Productions, Inc., they go and tie MTP’s much anticipated MMA Fights to MTP’s newly acquired ServeNation. This week, Mike the Pike Productions formed Fight Night MMA, LLC with Dragon’s Den MMA in a 50/50 partnership to produce and promote various themed MMA fights beginning with a lineup in the Midwest United States for 2010. The partnership (http://tinyurl.com/yhdqboy) was initiated last year shortly after the inception of MTP’s Concert/Events division.
In addition to forming Fight Night MMA, LLC toward long-term relations, the domain namewww.FightNightMMA.com has been purchased to allow as an interface for schedules, pictures, interviews, etc. for everything relating to the partnership’s past and upcoming events. MTP CEO and President Mark B. Newbauer comments: “It (the site) is currently under development and will go live before ticket sales are announced for the first event which is to take place on Saturday, June 5th, 2010 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in a 360 degree cage setup allowing for over 13,000 seats and over 100 VIP tables which will sell for a minimum of $1000 each to sponsors and fans. Selling the VIP tables alone puts us in a profitable position and these seats often go for $500-$15000.”
