MTP Brings Fighters, Guests and VIPs Together to Fight Human Trafficking With Not For Sale Campaign

FORT WAYNE, IN–(Marketwire – April 27, 2010) –  (PINKSHEETS: MIKP) www.MikethePikeProds.com’s FIGHT NIGHT MMA is pleased to announce the night’s headliners, UFC and TUF vet, Sam Hoger and 3-time Dangerzone heavyweight champion, Jody Poff, for their upcoming June 5th MMA event in the Main Arena at Fort Wayne, Indiana’s Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. The night will feature a series of both professional and amateur bouts and will feature fighters and guests such as Bobby Martinez, Dave ‘Pee-Wee’ Herman, JJ Davis, WEC’s Danny Marks, Greg Carryer, Don Wilken, Kickboxing champ Kathy Long and Bellator’s Valerie Coolbaugh with meet & greets, announcements and presentations with Amanda Lucas, UFC unstoppables Spencer Fisher, Jason Reinhardt, Josh Koscheck and Fort Wayne’s very own, John Fitch. Ron ‘The Yacman’ Yacavetti of ProElite MMA and FightLaunch.com fame will be commentating this exciting event, “all in the name of fighting the war on human trafficking while empowering those victims and vulnerable to its horrors,” states Mike the Pike Productions CEO and Fight Night MMA President Mark B. Newbauer.

Newbauer’s MTP and FNMMA have chosen Not For Sale Campaign (www.NotForSaleCampaign.org) to pair with as a charity partner for this event stating, “It’s our intent in moving forward with the MTP Events division to pair each project with a specific cause so that we can entertain while educating and making a difference all the while. Ticket sales and VIP Table sales are going very well and our flyers, media outlets and commercials are proving successful for both the event, on track with projected revenues, and in raising awareness on Human Trafficking and slavery, as well as Not For Sale and all that they do. One of the great things about Not For Sale is that, instead of simply asking for donations, they urge everyone to use their skills and talents to make a difference as you’ll note on their website, www.NotForSaleCampaign.org, and we’re doing just that with this event,” states Newbauer.

Executive Director and co-founder of Not For Sale, Mark Wexler, is very excited to be partnered with the event. “The professionalism, integrity and overall creativity that Mike the Pike Productions and Fight Night MMA have brought to the table is very much appreciated. It takes a certain passion and understanding to market an evening of entertainment while bringing much needed awareness to the atrocities of human trafficking… I think it’s wonderful that Mike the Pike and these fighters and guests are coming out for such a great cause,” states Wexler.

Not For Sale Indiana State Director, Sarah Joy Morbitzer, first contacted Newbauer after reading a Press Release last month announcing the event and its primary cause. She comments, “Not For Sale directors are very appreciative of everything Mark has personally done to bring this event to fruition. I am also very appreciative of this opportunity that MTP and FNMMA have given me to share my passion for re-abolishing slavery. The effort that has been put into this and to bringing increased exposure to the work of Not For Sale — it’s amazing!” After meeting, the two found that there are tremendous synergies in moving forth, including those for Mike the Pike Ventures’ (PINKSHEETS:ADCS) (www.ServeNation.com), to which Wexler and Morbitzer have shown strong interest in as a tool for a National fundraising initiative. Some of NFS’ works include NFS International Projects (http://www.notforsalecampaign.org/international-projects/). An overview of human trafficking can be viewed at: (http://www.notforsalecampaign.org/about/slavery/).

Newbauer adds, “The event will be everything an MMA fan would expect and more. We have very talented fighters, beautiful ring girls and powerful guests including stand-up comedian, Marti MacGibbon, a survivor of human trafficking, all for a night of solid entertainment with eyes wide open for a tremendous cause. We’re thankful to have Federated Media on board as a media partner with ads running on 92.3 The Fort, 98.9 The Bear, ESPN Radio, K105 and 97.3 WMEE and live remotes at the company’s storefront in Fort Wayne’s Glenbrook Mall.”

Fight Night MMA is already in the works for its second large event later this year, to take place in Fort Wayne, Indiana or Daytona Beach, Florida.

Mark B. Newbauer, CEO & President of Mike the Pike Productions (MIKP) and Mike the Pike Ventures (PINKSHEETS: ADCS) will be featured in a CEO Q&A at www.InvestmentNation.com hosted by its founder, Jeff Montagne this Thursday, April 29th at 6pm. All current and prospective shareholders are encouraged to attend and participate.
