MTP Discusses Ingredients for Q2 Success Suited for Profit Producing Contracts & Properties

LOS ANGELES, CA–(Marketwire – March 11, 2010) –  (PINKSHEETS: MIKP)- Mike The Pike Productions, Inc. CEO Mark B. Newbauer announces the 2nd Investment Nation CEO Q&A for 2010 to be hosted by Jeff Montagne at www.InvestmentNation.com on Thursday, March 18th at 6pm EST. All existing and prospective shareholders are encouraged to attend and ask away! The Q&A will feature Newbauer addressing questions which can be posted as of today onwww.investmentnation.com by anyone and everyone in regards to the company, its business model/structure and anything past, present or future.

MTP executives Newbauer and Tim Bredemeyer have recently returned from the PrePaid Expo 2010 in Las Vegas where they secured NDAs and relationships toward contracts in Q2 with companies like Palm Desert National Bank, FIS Global, Discover Card, MoneyGram, Western Union and more toward the completion of the new ServeNation business model to be launched sometime during Q2 of 2010, implementing a General Purpose Gift card and a Reloadable debit card accepted at millions of locations worldwide with the ability to load online, via mobile phone or at over 40,000 hard locations at convenient retail locations nationwide. This “mother lode of charitable micro-giving concepts” (Newbauer) will be directly in line with the company’s new trademark slogans: ‘Pre-Pay it Forward,’ ‘Passive Giving for the Active Consumer,’ & ‘Give while you Live,’ among others. MTP/ServeNation was featured this week in an article atwww.PayBefore.com, the industry resource for prepaid and stored value cards.

“The acquisition of ServeNation has been a true landmark for MTP in terms of growth and profitability,” states Newbauer. ”With that, I’ll confirm that we are on track to meet our projections (http://www.mikethepikeprods.com/servenation_projections_2010-2013.pdf) for net profits in 2010-2013. MicroGiving has been a concept I’ve dreamed of since I was about 12 years old and it’s amazing to see it put into action with technology as the catalyst. I remember when I was about 6 or 7, my parents got me a subscription to Ranger Rick magazine. Politics aside, I loved animals and learning about them and committed $1 of my $5 a month allowance to the National Wildlife Federation. Later, when I learned how little $1 stretched, I always wondered if I ever even made a difference. Today’s technology in tandem with ServeNation’s proprietary business model and contact base allows for everyone to make a difference worldwide — even the 80 million plus ‘underserved/unbankables’ (people that, for one reason or another, cannot get a bank account or credit card) in the U.S. alone*.”*http://www.monobankplc.com/vision/

MTP’s Motion Pictures division is in its final draft for its crime thriller, “Horse,” to be shot on location in Fort Wayne, Indiana for a budget under $100,000 and casting on the film will begin late March/early April 2010 with a shooting schedule for 2010. The original shooting schedule was pushed due to availability of actors the company is seeking to attach for the project. MTP has entered into agreement with Screenwriter Cam Clark to purchase the screenplay for $1.00 and, in exchange for the minimal purchase price, Clark has agreed to receive 50% of the domestic net profits and 45% of the foreign net profits for the film which will be produced for limited theatrical and worldwide DVD distribution. “We are confident we can net profits for ‘Horse’ via foreign pre-sales and local exhibition setting the company and its shareholders up for success before the film even hits the shelves via an independent distributor.”

MTP’s Fight Night MMA recently announced ‘Fight Traffic,’ an MMA event to take place on June 5th at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Indiana with tickets to go on sale no later than early April 2010, promoted regionally via radio and television and locally at the company’s RMU at Fort Wayne’s Glenbrook Mall, where it will also begin to market the Serve Nation card and regularly showcase a charity of the month. The company is expecting between 3,500-5,000 people at the event at an average ticket price of $30, in addition to 50% of its 112 VIP tables at $500 per table and sponsorships of around $15,000 with total conservative net revenues in excess of $100,000 but with exponential profit potential and exposure for ServeNation and our charity partners.

MTP New Media’s www.CopSwap.org has partnered with an ammunitions provider and will announce details once it finalizes an agreement with its partner for firearms/weapons toward mutual benefit and long-term relations.

Newbauer adds, “Overall, we’re grateful for the support we’ve had from shareholders thus far and welcome newcomers that take interest in our business model and the team and partners we’ve assigned to its successes. We are anticipating a fruitful 2010 with a company that will continue to progress with initiatives that are in line with our passions and core values toward collective success.”
