MTP Prods Finalizes Purchase of PINR With Entertainment Industry Business Model

Mike The Pike Productions, Inc. CEO/President, Mark B. Newbauer, signed paperwork this morning to finalize the company’s purchase of Pine Ridge Holdings (PINKSHEETS: PINR) to facilitate the launch of MTP Prods as a publicly traded entity. Newbauer says the “number of authorized shares in PINR will not increase and we have no plans for a reverse split.” As part of the acquisition, MTP will be issuing 350 million restricted shares. “I feel confident that existing shareholders will be pleased with our business model and the fact that we are an entertainment company that will be able to show profits in its first year in the form of our concert promotions division should prove impressive to newcomers as well.”

MTP Productions, with a focus on Feature Film Development and Production as well as Concert and Event Promotions, will kick off its foray into the public eye with a summer concert season bringing name talent to venues with anywhere between 2000-25000+ seating capacity.

Newbauer feels the first big show should be demonstrative as to what shareholders can expect in terms of quality and profitability. “MTP’s first major show is already in development and will be held in the Midwest U.S. at a newer venue with a seating capacity of 14,000+ people. Our Director of Concert Promotions, Kelsi Velpel, is currently looking at name talent on tour this summer to pull for a show date in late July/August. We’ll also be putting on a small to mid size show prior to that event featuring widely recognized talent prior to our first big event.” MTP and Kelsi Velpel have strategic relationships with agencies like ICM and William Morris-Endeavor as well as booking agencies nationwide and venues internationally.

All the while, MTP owners will facilitate the movement of their feature film development company,Mike The Pike Films, LLC, into the Mike The Pike Productions banner as its Feature Film and Television development/production division.
